“Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned”, goes the popular saying. But then in spite of knowing that the break-up shall not be amicable for either parties involved, why does a man take the drastic step of ‘scorning’ his woman? The reasons are not far to seek. Though a break up can be the cause of a lot of hurt, anger and confusion, it is sometimes an inevitable part of a relationship. As such, all you can do is find out the reasons as to why he broke up with you and then move on in life.
A man’s reasons behind breaking up a relationship are often related to the manner in which the woman acts around him. If you act too fussy and clingy and if you often end up embarrassing your man in public, it shall not be long before he bids you a final goodbye. The Communication Gap
If you make your man feel like he has to climb up a metaphorical mountain before he can communicate with you, you have a sure shot reason for break-up. A distinct lack of communication between couples has often been cited as a top reason for break up.
Too many Demands and too much nagging
Men hate to be controlled and pushed around. So if he begins to feel that you are trying to take over total control of his life, he will definitely dump you sooner than you can say “stop”! Women often give their men a hard time about hanging out with friends in the bar, or about watching a game of soccer on the television, and this is definitely not something that a man can stomach for too long. Though your man might tolerate this kind of behavior for sometime, he will soon get tired of you if you begin to get overbearing.
Playing the “Damsel in Distress” card too many times
Men like it when you make him feel that you need him. But if you stretch this act too much, it might just have a totally adverse effect. Most men respect and like to be with women who are independent and capable of making her decisions in life. Depending on your man for everything and anything is not a good idea if you want him to stay in the relationship with you. Asking his help in every step of your life shall have him singing “I can’t be your Superman…” like Eminem in no time!
In addition, when a woman insists that her man should spend his every free moment with her, things shall get bitter. It is healthy to spend some time with friends and family too. If a woman ends up forcing the man to make her the centre of his universe, the man will usually end up feeling suffocated and will break up with the woman.
Though these reasons are not conclusive, they are often the main reasons that figure in a man’s mind before he takes the decision to break up.

Nothing worse than a clingy, needs to be around you constantly, calls you every other hour, kind of gal for me.. I think one of the reasons I’ve been with my wife for so long is because she gives me plenty of space and is independent.
She Goes off and does here own thing.. peace from time to time is a good thing and allows me to actually invest more in the times we’re actually together.
