A marriage can throw up many situations that you were never prepared for. One such situation arises when you start liking the instances where your wife acts as the dominant partner in the relationship. What you are facing is actually very common. Contrary to popular belief, many men like to be dominated – be it in the relationship or in bed. It gives them an almost unimaginable high.
How much is too much?
There are however, various degrees of letting your wife dominate you. While some men are more than happy to let their wives dominate in every sphere of life, others simply allow their wives to make major decisions in the family.
Therefore, the amount of control that your wife will have in the relationship depends upon your preferences. If you feel better when she makes all the decisions and handles the money matters at home, and if your wife enjoys the power, you shall have a happy marriage. However, remember that though you may like to be dominated, it is not something that your wife may enjoy doing. She might feel too burdened with all the added responsibilities and tasks.

She might not feel that she is lucky to have control of the relationship. On the contrary, she might feel that you are being too submissive by pushing all unpleasant decisions on her. Whether a woman likes to dominate varies from person to person and thus, you cannot force the issue.
For many men however, submitting to their wives can be a popular fantasy. They like to be ordered around by their wives and they are ready to do anything that they are told. Being of service to their wives is the ultimate excitement for some men.
This excitement over being dominated also carries over to their sex life. In fact, dominatrix is one of the kinkiest and most sexually satisfying experiences for them. If you want your wife to dominate you in bed but she is not willing to do it, you should try communicating your fantasies to her. When it comes to sex, many men receive pleasure through the pain that might be inflicted upon them. Most men like to be sexually dominated, and the rest of it just flows in from that desire. In a marriage where the wife is truly the dominating partner, the man knows that she has full authority over him. However, a relationship like this is not for everyone. While it might seem to you that the women would like to be the dominating partner, it is not always true. If they have been raised to believe and have faith in the traditional role of husband and wives, where the wife is supposed to be the more submissive of the two, she will have difficulty adjusting to the husband’s demand for domination (the irony is unmistakable, indeed). For this reason, you could try coming to a compromise with your wife and role-play the domination a few times a week!
